No servive

My geyers burst friday morning , geyser installed is from Heat Tech in 2017 so they have to replace under there warrenty! but it is Monday and still no geyser and there after sales service is disgusting !!!!! also no help from there plummers! my own plummer says he does not work with them because of baaaad service!!!well I understand!!!!!!
