NO customer service skills from Heat Tech Geysers

I am disgusted at the service I received from HeatTech. When I called, my details were taken and I was told someone would contact me. Well the person who did contact me was abrupt and rude ... not helpful at all ... his customer service skills were none existent! When buying a new geyser any time in the future I definitely WILL NOT by HeatTech! If I had the option of a NO STAR RATING then that would have been better!
