My Geyer are still under warrenty and since 3 days no response from the company when I finally got hold of them ,I was told I need to wait at least 7 working hours for them to come and send out a plumber, email was send to the manager,Petrus Pretorius who however ignored my email.This is the second geyser of them that do not last even 5 years.
