Heattech geyser ripoff

The people of Jhb must stop buying and installing heat tech geysers.My geyser was installed in August 2016, from day 2 it started dripping water and tripping.I had the plumbers call on 4 occasions to check the on/off drips,never was I told that the gasket/ anode needed to be replaced.Yesterday water just started pouring out and flooded my bath room.Heatech reps come and now give me a report that the gasket and anode must be replaced at my cost.The geyser is just over 2 years old. What a ******* Heat tech...more of this will go to the newspapers .Fastest growing business ? Selling junk..as for customer service..they stink...my previous geyser was Kwikhot..lasted 16 years even with my kids at home..This **** Heattech cant even service a family of 2 for less than half its warranty period...****** capitalist *******..
