HeatTech - Burst geyser, still under warranty

My geyser was installed 4 years ago. The warranty is five 5 years. 3 weeks ago my geyser burst (in the middle of winter). I have phoned them continuously and they cannot give me a definite answer to when they are going to install a new geyser for me. This service is unacceptable!
