Heat Tech Very Poor Quality and even worse after sales service.

So not even 2 years after installation, our Geyser cracked (leaking out of the shell). Heat Tech came out and looked for a reason NOT to honor 5 year warranty claim. Extra stop **** was installed after Pressure Valve (also one before) so to still have cold water in case geyser broke as it did exactly. Now they do not want to honour the claim. Even their own employee said that the extra stop **** is NOT the cause of the crack, yet it allows them, as per their warranty clause, NOT TO PAY OUT or replace the shell.

Not even 2 years and the shell cracked. Might I add that the shell was rated ****pa but the Pressure valve installed was only 400kpa for extra longevity, but it still cracked. Very poor quality. Please take note of this before purchasing a Heat Tech cheap Geyser.

Rather go with reputable products, unless you are willing to waste money every year on a product that should last you many.
