Heat tech stay away

Very bad experience with this company, never made an appointment, just rocked up after 5pm on a Saturday refusing to wait for me to get off work and just deal with my wife. Wanted to charge my wife R1600 for parts that come with the geyser and only accept cash deal for an insurance claim on top of that came drunk.
