Heat tech not worth the hassle

Firstly the technicians are rude , secondly when called for after sales service they take forever and expect client to be without water , try to ensure we have water as the geysers already finished but still under warranty but the technician is not pitching up and water is needed and we get told warranty doesn't stand as we incorrectly installed , but had the technician came on time I would not have had to make a plan just so there's water but then again common sense doesn't kick in. So heat tech not worth buying as they don't consider the client.
