Heat Tech Geysers, worst customer service co.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for heat Heat Tech to come and repair my geyser, which is still under their warranty, we lodged a claim with our insurer, their plumber found that it was the actual geyser, supp**** by heat tech, that was the issue. The heat tech plumber arrived and refuted this claim, and seemed more interested in the furniture in my house than the actual issue. Our insurer's plumber proved his case with the photos he took, this was over 3 weeks ago now. Since then, we have been chasing our tails with heat tech, getting empty promises and no results, trying to call their office is another goose chase with no one answering our calls. This is definitely the worst customer service experience i have ever had.

We have now decided to bring in our own plumber at our own cost, as we can no longer wait for this company, which seems too *********** of too inept to resolve our issue.
