Heat Tech Geysers service

Had one of their geysers installed and it popped. Had to get insurance to replace. Went to Heat Tech Geysers to do a warranty claim as it was just over 3 years old and they advised that they cannot proceed with a warranty claim as they need to inspect the geyser while it was installed. They expected us to have no hot water and to have a house flooded until they decided to come and inspect. They do not return calls at all. Their service is absolutely apalling and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone.
