Heat Tech Geysers - defective product and pathetic service

I installed a new Heat Tech 200l geyser January 2019. not even 6 months later the thermostat is not working. Contacted heat tech regarding the warranty, they can only advise me in 24 hours whether someone will be able to come out and assist. I dealt with a one of their staff, when asked what am I to do in 24hrs without hot water she, arrogantly rep**** that I should boil water. This is obviously not a service orientated company which employs service orientated people and clearly produces and distributes defective geysers. I too like so many other people will be advising friends and family to never buy Heat Tech products.
