Heat Tech Geyser shocking service

Geyser packed up after 2 years and had a nightmare to get Heat- tech (Durban) to sort it out … eventually did but now tell me that the new geyser does not have a 5year guarantee but just follows on with the guarantee from the old geyser … i.e. 3years … but added to this was the attitude from Hylton & Raymond at Heat Tech (Durban) who went out of their way to make things difficult for me … be warned ...
