Heat Tech geyser - shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Our geyser burst under warranty. It was reported immediately. It took two days to get their Team out. They have no stock and cannot tell us when it will be available. The only option they have is a smaller geyser. During this process, you deal with an inefficient call centre who promise to call back and never do! We have had to go through our insurance and pay an excess to have this sorted after no water for 4 days. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!
