Heat Tech Geyser poor after sales service

Heat Tech had sent their technicians in 2018 to install a geyser. The cylinder started leaking badly yesterday and when tried calling their after hours number, there was no answer. So I sent them an email to contact me. I have received an email from them this morning stating that my geyser is out of Warranty. According to their website, the cylinder has a 5 year warranty and my geyser is not even 5 years old. After reading the reviews on this website, it seems that everyone is having issues with Heat Tech and the poor after sales. I will not recommend Heat Tech to anyone.
