Heat Tech - DO NOT SUPPORT THEM

Even 1 star is too good for this crowd. But unfortunately this is the least they can get. Should rather be a turd.

Geyser broke in December, less than a year after installation. Logged a call and received reference number, no response for several days, even though I followed up. Eventually had to go buy another geyser, NOT a Heat tech, and had it installed.

Still followed up requesting it be exchanged, still no response.

Eventually the call centre gave me another (new) call reference in March ( 3 months after the initial request to repair)

Eventually, in June, 6 months later, was given a call, only to be told, as they geyser was no longer fitted it was no longer under warranty.

I'm confused here, am I to wait half a year, without hot water, for them to respond.

Absolutely unacceptable, I will never use any of their products and will be ensuring that I limit my support any Build-it store until they STOP supplying this inferior product with zero after sales service.
