Heat tech- DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GEYSERS

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life! I keep getting sent in circles I'm now waiting over a week for someone to come check my geyser which is only 6 months old. Customer service is routed to a call center in Italy, the agents can barely speak English and literally do nothing effective to help you. And the only contact number I was given in S.A never responds to messages or emails
