Heat Tech 150 dud

After installing a brand new out the packet Heat tech 150 geyser, it was discovered to be faulty, numerous calls to the call centre for help just resulted in 3 days of cold showers, zero help from heat tech and them making excuses about manufacture dates on the product, they never even sent their certified people to come inspect....strange that when I purchased the geyser, it had no "best before" date on it.

Don't fall for all the "best in the business" drivel, from my 3 days of dealing with them I would say a chocololate teapot would be more useful.
