I emailed heat tech 2march2022 faulty geyser . Cylinder cracked 4 year old with a 5 year warranty. Heat tech contacted me same day to confirm my address. Local plumber contacted me shortly thereafter, due to time constraints arranged for visit next day. 3rd march 2022 plumber arrived early to access geyser and brought replacement geyser. Approximately 20min later the claim was approved and old geyser removed and new one installed. Great service.
