Their two-yr-old geyser burst, I phoned them but got through to voice-mail, so I put in a message through their website. They rep**** about an hour later, geyser replaced efficiently within 24 hours by Mr Drain (in Cape Town). ***** for response time and service; Less stars for short service life on the geyser.
