Geyser burst

Terrible service! I had a geyser burst and the geyser is only 4 days old, I haven't even used the geyser yet because my bathroom isn't ready. They came out and said that it's a PRV leak which is not under warranty. My entire ceiling in my lounge was soaked with water to the point where it sounded like it's raining inside of the house. I sent them pictures and videos of how the water is running from my ceiling and the response I got was " your plumber must determine why it's leaking like that" when the plumber informed them that the geyser had burst.
