Faulty geyser, even worse service

Do not buy any products from this company. They will try using any trick in the book to avoid their responsibilities, blaming everything but their product, just as the last reviewer said. I had a warranty claim which they would not admit was a fault in their product. I had to replace the gasket (at my own cost) to prove to them the leak was with the geyser. Their product is sub par. This geyser is only 2 years old, could not even make it to half of the 5year warranty. I'd rather take a cold shower than have to deal with this company again.
