False Advertising

In 2018 I bought a new heattech Geyser and on Saturday the 22/02/2020 it started leaking. I tried calling their contact number several times but they were not available. I received a reply via email 3 hours later after sending my complaint and asking to be called. When the plumbers came I was advised that the plumbing is wrong and the warranty is void and that I need to pay R1800 for them to do the plumbing and for the valve and they will replace the Geyser. My plumber was not even their so I did not know if I was being **** to or not. When advising that I cannot pay the R1800 I was told the warranty is now voided and if we want them to do the plumbing they can but we need to but the Geyser. Upon telling others I was advised they were informed of the same information as they also had a problem with their heattech Geysers.

How is this possible that different people be advised of the same story from the plumbers. Heattech Geysers and their warranty is a big *****. Please think twice before buying their Geysers.
