Disgusting service and attitude to there poor products.

Had a geyser replaced as it burst. Replacement was a geyser from Heat Tech. this one also burst and still in warranty Plumber arrived admitted the geyser was faulty and claimed he could not get the geyser through the trap door?? Advised he would drop the geyser and I must arrange and pay for it to be installed. I refused as under warranty. Manager with initials DK called and claimed they are covered by law if there is no easy access as per there warranty. What is easy access? Also claimed if not dropped off now there will be a cost of R350 to drop it off on another day One company not to be recommended and will be reported. Suggest you stay clear of this company
