Business has not reply

Good day Sir/Madam ..Heat Tech Geysers are not reliable they burst too much.i bought mine on March 2019 and it started leaking the day i plugged it. According to what the wrote on it,they say it has a 5 year warranty but when I experienced a geyser burst that was confirmed by a reliable plumber and it didn't last a month,it leak almost 1400 litres per day and that leaves us to fill the tank everyday. We wrote a report to the sealer and they say they will get back to us but they never did. I wouldn't recommend this geyser to anyone else buy other brands. Business has not rep****. But we are looking forward for yuu to reply our complaints because this is the fifth complain im making about this GEYSER but it haven't lasted for 3 years
