Be extremely careful of this company!!!!!!

Heat Tech is a ****. Please ensure that private and /or insurance plumbers do not install this product at your home. The after sales is terrible and their plumbers are always in a hurry to the next job. They appointed one of the worst plumbing companies in the industry called (Mzed ICT Trading & Projects), whom were adamant that the leak was a result of a geyser gasket even though we both could see that water was leaking from the geyser seam.

I appointed plumbers at my own cost to replace the gasket, however the geyser is still leaking.
