bad service don't trust heat tech

my geyser bust i called the call centre and the guy told me 24/48 hour to get the team out there so i told him i cant wait so long with no water if i buy a new geyser will i be refunded or get a new 1 he said yes long as it still under warranty so i bought a new1 same make as the old paid cash cause i cant wait so long with no water now when im calling to get my money back or the geyser replaced they tell me i must go put my old 1 back and before they pay me back if i new i was going to be made a stupid i shud have never bought the same geyser heat tech just **** to me to buy the same geyser for they geyser cant last please guys dont buy heat tech cause they lie and cant keep up to they words
