Bad product -- will not provide you with a replacement

Do not buy any products from this company. Their 200l geyser blew up after about 2 days operation continuing to burn the thermostat. They will try using any trick in the book to avoid their responsibilities, blaming the installer and not their product!! And an Eskom power surge is always a safe bet to avoid responsibility.

I will take legal action against this company shortly!
