bad customer care

I bought a solar heated geyser via buildit from this company. I got a plumber who claimed they know how to install this geyser only to find out later he doesn't know exactly how to install this type of geyser firstly he put the glycol in a wrong place then after I spoke to the technician and explained that the water is not getting warm he said in was not installed correctly so I asked if he could come and show the guy how to properly install it he referred me to the service department where I spoke to the lady called Nehal(sp) who told me they can't send some one out here cause they don't do installation the only help we could get is guidance over the phone but I explained that I do have the plumber who just needs guidance from a technician which could save me a lot of trouble if they could help as I bought the geyser from them and now I feel like they took my money and kick me to curb. Even if some thing gets damage they gonna say its bad installation and they won't fix it. Seems like they don't want to take responsibility of their expensive geysers very expensive geyser. What is after care after all? Very dissapointed.
