Ariston South Africa - Heat Tech geysers service complaint

This company has the most shocking lack of customer service. My Ariston gas geyser is less than 2 years old and I have had continuous problems with it. When you contact the company they send you 101 questions and requests for photos of the installation etc. Their trouble-shooting involves a whole bunch more questions which does not resolve the problem. They then refer you to a company called Oxyros (Pieter) who they say are their ONLY installer in Gauteng!! These people are utterly useless and never get back to you to schedule or confirm a service call. I will never use another Ariston product again.
