DO NOT BUY HEAT IN CLICK - IT IS A ****
I was taken for a ride and a good one. I bought heat in a click shoulder and back heating gel pads at the home expo at the Cape Town CCTT on Sunday, 1 Sept 2019. The sales people are taught to tell you as little as possible. And they all talk to you at the same time. They DO NOT advise you that the gel will turn to a hard as rock substance once cooled down and that you have to boil it in a pot with a cloth in the pot and boiling water. It becomes so heavy it is impossible to try and store this thing. You need to boil these hard rocks for more than half an hour. Number 1: I am using unnecessary electricity and water and my time. The product never, ever returns back to the original shape ever again. It is the worst product I have ever bought, R1200 down the drain. There is no refund available for unhappy customers, there is no after customer care to phone. This company does not exist in real life. How the consumer council is allowing this company to sell this horrible product is beyond me. Takealot and Amazon are very happy to sell this product on behalf of the company, knowing very well the disappointment in this product and that there is no refund / return policy. The sales people DO NOT tell you that is a no refund policy. I found out the hard way. BUT!!!!!! this product is still being sold to the public. We are being ********** and the consumer council is allowing this *******. And the worst of all when you go online to review the product and price, you can purchase the neck-back and knee warmer and hand warmer for Under R500. This company is taking our money with no shame. They know that people in pain need the relieve and is selling this product so easily. Shameless They do not have even an email address!!!! how are they still operating I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS ********** SALES
