I wrote to Heartland, twice via the internet, and only received feedback the second time.<br> <br> Received response from Heartland via e-mail on 28 July 2015, and I thanked them for the feedback. However I followed up by writing to the technical manager on 4th and 6th August regarding the query and no responses were received since.<br> <br> Please take this matter up as I have now exhausted my efforts.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Roy
