I was called by heart fm to win the R5k but i was forfeited because im not a resident of Cape Town

I entered the standard bank R5k on Heart Fm 104.9 radio station based in Cape Town. When they called the asked do i reside in Cape Town i said no i reside in Lompopo then they said to me i cant win the R5k because im not from Cape Town. But their term and conditions says i have to be the resident of South Africa with a valid ID. Please look into this matter because they broke their rules and theres a lady who won on Friday last week she's from Durban but she was able to win the money i think its unfair in me please help. Thank you
