BEWARE ****MERS - HEART EMBROID

I fear these people are ****mers as my children ordered a Hoodie for Mothers days only for it not to arrive. Subsequent to this I have emailed and tried to reach out to customer service via contact page on web page since 17/05/2023 and all correspondence goes into a black hole with no reply to date -BEWARE
