Toxic Work Environment

I worked at Heart 104.9fm for many years. It is a dishonest and toxic workplace. Managers bully the staff and do not pay them properly. People work there in fear. If you are black or white it is even worst. While managers all drive luxury cars, staff just get by.

Rene covers for the bullies like, Brendan, Nick and Vernon and HR will choose the side of the managers as she is a puppet.

Managers scream, swear, and call you names, then when you call it out they gaslight you to break you even further. They even mock your mental health.

All the bullying articles are true, but it is even bigger than you think.

I do not recommend working for them.
