Material and emotional distress

For three years running we have been planning to attend heart ladies and every year tickets are sold out even before it goes on sale.

Our time and efforts are waisted every year with now answers.

This year we would like them. This is either a publicity stunt, unfairness, *******ion or ************** you choose.

We would just like to understand how the same people get tickets yearly and why tickets are sold out before advertised sale start dates.
