Debonairs Pizza voucher is not really a prize.

My wife won a Debonairs Pizza voucher on Heart FM a few weeks ago and after we tried using the voucher the credit on the voucher was deducted but we have not seen any pizza as yet. After I called their customer care for assistance I was told to resolve the issue with a third party. A week later I recieved an sms which advised that our query was unsuccessful. Not much of a prize if you have to waste your time and money to be told your query was unsuccessful. So we didn't get any pizza and I had to carry the cost of the query and waste of my time. I think Heart FM should definitely reconsider whether they want to partner with Debonairs in future seeing that they have so many poor reviews in general. Not only is the service they provide pathetic but the quality of their food is also nothing to be proud of.
