Worst Customer Service Ever

BEWARE - I do not recommend using He****nse!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I paid for my hearing aids and Klaus had to take it back for "service". This was in September and I am waiting for over 5 months! I have contacted Klaus over 10 times getting the same excuses. Now he doesn't respond or take my calls. I can't get hold of Klaus and their office! *******!!!!
