Hears Sleep poor return policy

I ordered Hears Sleep with the promise that it is returnable if I am not completely happy with my product. They are extremely uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. When I wanted to return them, I found out that I must pay USD167,90 to return a product I only paid USD49,01 for. This is absolutely ridiculous! In ZAR I paid R790,00 postage inclusive but to return them I must pay R2707,34. Pathetic!
