False advertising, faulty earplugs — return cost is more than double the price of the product"

Do not buy Hears Earplugs. They do not work — I could still clearly hear my husband snoring and breathing normally through them.

Worse, their return policy is a trap. It cost $167.90 to return earplugs I paid ~$70 for — more than double the price. When I complained, Hears offered me only a 30% refund instead, meaning I'd lose 70% of my money on a product that doesn't work.

A faulty product and a return policy designed so you can't actually get your money back. Avoid.
