First Impression matters Hearing Works Lintons Corner
I visited Hearing Works at Lintos Corner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the receptionist. She ignored customers, was not welcoming, and left me feeling confused about whether I should stay or leave. First impressions matter, and reception staff are often the face of a business. Customers should be greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable and valued. Regardless of a person’s background or skin colour, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. A smile and a friendly attitude can make a huge difference. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the customer experience.
