I will forever be grateful for Janah Du Plessis from Hearing@Loftus. I had issues with my ears for almost 2 years where by my ears will just get blocked and I would seek medical attention to various institutions with no help 🙃 the problem became worse weeks ago and I took it upon myself to make contact with the Hearing@Loftus team. I booked an appointment for the wax removal procedure with them and my appointment was booked for the 17th of May and I went to their welcoming practice and was assisted by their reception ladies who made the form filling part easy and short and then I met the lady who restored my confidence back JANAH DU PLESSIS, the Audiologist who welcomed me into her office and assured me that I will go back with my ears unblocked , we started with the procedure that took less that 30 minutes. She was very gentle and the whole process was painless.
