Be very careful buying from this company!!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with HealthyKitseri. After making payment, I encountered ongoing issues regarding my order and the refund process. Despite repeated attempts to obtain assistance, I did not receive the level of customer service I expected.

I also noticed transactions on my account that I did not expect and subsequently raised these concerns with my bank for investigation. The situation caused considerable frustration and inconvenience.

Communication was poor, responses were delayed or inadequate, and my concerns were not resolved in a satisfactory manner. As a result, I have lost confidence in the company's services.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to carefully review the company's policies and conduct their own research before making a purchase.
