Did not receive order - Bad Service

Do not order anything through Healthy4Life https://healthy4life.co.za/ I placed an online order last week Tuesday, according to the website your order will be delivered in 1-3 days. I have still not received my order. I phoned the company and spoke to the owner Claire. She said that she apologizes but the driver would only pick up the order at their office last week Thursday, and that it will be delivered to me on the next day (Friday) and she said that she will send me the waybill number to track my order. I called her then the next day because she still has not sent me the tracking number then she did not answer my call, I sent her a message on Whatsapp which she has also not responded to and she has been online but never responded and made the effort to read my message. Then I called her from another number and she answered and then promised that the products will be delivered today. It has still not been delivered and she has still not given me feedback as to the tracking number or just informed me as to where my order is. Just to warn everyone not to order anything through this company as you will not receive your order, you will loose your money.
