worst service ever

Our company has selected healthwise as our medical aid, ive used it once since April and attempted to use it again and each time the service was pathetic, I went to the doctor in april and submitted receipts for going to the doctor, however it took more than a week for me to receive the funds, I constantly had to phone to follow up before it eventually happened on Friday I submitted a claim but didn't have enough money to go to the doctor, on Monday I advised them that i couldn't go and that they should send me the funds as agreed and Nathaniel said that it would be done, today is Thursday and i still haven't received the funds, as a result i am getting a day unpaid as i have not produced a doctors note, also i still haven't been treated for my illness, heathwise is regarded as cheap and affordable but if u don't have the money for the claim they take forever to send it, their service is pathetic and ill advise anyone to avoid them at all costs
