Super Bad Service - Healthwise South Africa

I've Ordered and paid for stock from Healthwise South Africa.

It's been 3 weeks since I've placed the order and 2 weeks since I've last had any correspondence from them after numerous emails in regards to my delivery.

They wrote a big apology email stating that I'll receive the stock within 5 to 7 working days.

It's been more than double that amount of days and no one is getting back to me and I still can't track or trace my order.

Super bad service and most probably a ****.
