Healthwise South Africa WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst online shopping experience ever. Paid extra for priority shipping. Website states all orders dispatched within 1 day of confirmation. Up to this point (10 days later) I do not even have an indication of delivery yet, or if order is actually in ZA yet? Any *****ies is responded to with bland generic "copy-and-paste" responses and gets you absolutely nowhere. If they stated on their website that orders takes 2 weeks+ to deliver, I might feel different, but I believe they are intentionally misleading with their info on website, and I will never use Healtwise South Africa again after this.
