TOTAL **** - Preying on people who care for their animals
I paid for my order online. 2 months later Im getting AI responses when asking for a refund. These guys PREY on people who care about their animals. Hope they get bust BAD.

Shocking!
Ordered products from them on 21st December 2025. Have still not received the items. Requested a refund. Nothing received. Reported them to the SACC all correspondence also ignored. Now have handed them over to the NCC. These people are a bunch of ******** who think they are above the law!

Shocking for a SA company to **** SA citizens.
I placed and order and paid immediately (as is the norm when ordering online) on the 11th May 2026. I have sent them *** after *** asking where my order was, and NO response. I have now today, send them another mail demanding my money back PLUS interest or deliver my order direct to my door.
