Healthmate forever fails to deliver and fails to refund

Purchased a healthmate product from www.HealthmateForever.com the product was never delivered and the tracking number says it does not exist. I have sent emails and they send me a tracking status that end at the beginning of November. ~As of 27 December the tracking number does not exist.
