Substandard product

After spending an absolute fortune on there product due to Chemo sessions put me into bed ,I have not received a descent product not only do I have to contend with the side affects of Chemo but am now also developing back issue I would stay clear of there there products .

I have been in continuous communication with so called after sales team but to no avail , I was told a week for the bed to wear in then it was a month then just add a matress topper ,surely for the obscene amount of money paid you should have a quality product .

Now terms and conditions have been thrown in my face ,unfortunately would appear that I will be left in the lurch

Still awaiting a phone call from senior personel to tell they won't assist me
