No care for customers - only your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Please do not buy anything from this company. They prey on older people, smooth taking salesman (Hayden) pressured me into buying by offering a 10% discount if I signed up there and then. Am told the product - mattress - will last 15 years. After 2 weeks it is showing indentation. Am told the mattress is fine but the fault is the bed action so there HMA, not interested in helping me. Ask for refund - only within 7 days. Deal with Benni who is senior at HO and he is irritated by me and won't give me the MD / Owners details.

I could go on - please do not buy anything from them
